Write to offline@pilotcast.ai. A person reads it. Tell us your phone, and what you expected to happen instead.
Offline updates itself when you open it. Force-quit the app and reopen it twice — the first launch fetches the update, the second one runs it.
The streak counts days you showed up, which is three missions in a day — not five, and not one. History shows every day honestly, including the quiet ones. If a day still looks wrong after that, tell us the date and what you did that day.
Almost everything can be undone. Completing a mission un-completes by tapping it again, and an undo bar appears for a few seconds after most actions. A habit day clears by tapping it a second time.
Settings → Export my data gives you a file with your own record in it, journal included. It is yours. Be careful where you send it, for the same reason.
Settings → Reset All Progress. It clears the record from your phone. It cannot be undone, and we have no copy to restore from — that is the trade for the app never uploading your day in the first place.
The useful bug report is three lines: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead. A screenshot beats a description. If you know the date it happened, include it.
Send it to offline@pilotcast.ai.
The privacy policy is written to be read, not to be skimmed past. If it does not answer your question, ask us directly and we will answer in the same plain terms.
